Hi! How can I check if I claimed my OSAP loan interest from the past years?v

To check whether you claimed loan interest from prior years follow the steps given below: -

• First of all, click on the "Find" (Magnifying glass) option on your tax file in TurboTax Online
• Type "Student", and click on "GO"
• Select "Student loan interest paid in 2021 or not claimed in a previous year", and click on "Continue"
• On the next page, select "Yes, I have eligible student loan interest"
• Click on "Continue"
• On the next page, make sure all amounts of prior years' interest are entered.
• Eventually, click on "Continue" to save all details entered
• After that, on the summary page, you can verify that loan interest from prior years has been entered.

To find your return for a certain year, sign in to the applicable version below. 

• Tax year 2020
• Tax year 2019
• Tax year 2018
