Hi, I guess my first question should be when you are out of the country for more than a year, do you still file taxes? if so?

I did work in the country I was for more than a year, however, my earning were below 5,000 canadian $ Do I still report them?

From what I read in your post, you will report the income as foreign income.

You may still be considered a deemed resident of Canada.
