How do I enter partner RRSP contribution if they had no income

my wife didn't have an income this year and where and how do I enter her RRSP contributioons

Even though she did not earn an income this year, as long as she had the RRSP room, she is still allowed to make the RRSP contributions.

On the left hand side, you should see "RRSP" under which click on "RRSP Profile". On that page, make sure you checkmark that your spouse made contributions. Follow the interview in that section and you be prompted to enter her contributions.
