How to answer "If you opened your first FHSA in 2024, or if you have amounts from 2023 reported on a notice of assessment or a T1028 for 2024"? Neither option applies

I am trying to answer the question "Select if you opened your first FHSA in 2024, or if you have FHSA amounts from 2023 reported on a notice of assessment (NOA) or a T1028 for 2024". The two available options are: "I opened my first FHSA in 2024" or "I have FHSA amounts from prior years reported on a notice of assessment or a T1028". I opened my FHSA in 2023 and don't have any unclaimed amounts from prior years, so I don't think either of these options apply to me?
