I emigrated from Canada at the end of Feb 2020, after earning income in Jan & Feb, but am unable to claim my tuition tax credits on this income via TurboTax?

I read that I should be able to claim my non-refundable tax credits on my income (adjusted for the time that I was a resident), but TurboTax only asks whether I was a resident on Dec 31 - it doesn't seem like it allows for entry of any emigration info.
