I have Pension income from the UK, which is transferred after deduction of a transmission fee. Can I use this as a deduction and on what line, please?

UK Pension people charge a fee to direct deposit this into my Canadian Bank Account. Is this a proper deduction?

So do I and no you can't, there's no such deduction for this type of service charge.
My pension is from BT and Accenture charges me GBP 3.50 each transaction.
