I'm 75 years old and all my RRSPs were converted to a RIF a couple of years ago. why does this form still ask about RRSP contribution limits?

In the TurboTax software we have a designated area for the RRSPs.If you do not have RRSPs you just continue and skip the section.  If you received a T4RIF you will simply enter your information under Income- Tslips, T4RIF then you will continue until you see the Slip T4RIF and this is where you will enter the information required.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
