I'm filling out the t2202, and at the bottom it says " dont claim any amounts you were reimbursed for any poriton of the cost of the course".

I'm filling out the t2202 poriton, and at the bottom it says " dont claim any amounts you were reimbursed for any poriton of the cost of the course", and I'm just confused. Because the cost of the program was covered by a Government program in which I have a T4E slip for.

Hi @cheyennerb2002-cb
A scholarship does not count as a reimbursement. The note on the tuition fee page refers to situations where you're reimbursed by a third party (like your employer), which would prevent you from claiming those tuition fees. Since a scholarship is financial aid and not a reimbursement, you can still claim the portion of tuition that was not covered by the scholarship. Please check / upload your slip to show for scholarship
Hope this helps! Thanks
