    If I don't split pension income with my spouse, can I still apply medical claims to the lowest income?

    If I don't split pension income with my spouse, can I still apply medical claims to the lowest income?

    Yes, that Is what you should do anyway. This lowers the 3% deductible applied to Medical credit claims.
