Software gave a warning that I overpaid CPP/QPP and EI. I changed jobs and T4s are correct. Does software claim it back automatically or I should fill another field?

It's important to review all Warnings and select Applies to me or Ignore, depending on your situation.

For the CPP/QPP overpayment, the software will automatically move the extra to the right place. Same for EI. This could be accurate if you changed jobs or had more than 1 job during the year, like you did.
