What is social benefits repayment noted on my tax summary? i didn't receive any EI, covid support etc

If you reported an income amount on Old age security (OAS) pension, employment insurance and other benefits, other income (from box 202 of T4A slip), or net federal supplements paid, you may have to repay part of those amounts.
