Where can I find my RRSP contributions? Do I have to calculate them from every payslip?

If you made any contributions yourself, your brokerage or designated bank will provide you with an RRSP slip where you can report your contribution amounts. If you/your employer makes regular RRSP contributions based on your pay stub, you should be provided a year-end pay stub aggregating all RRSP contribution amounts. These amounts would be reported in Box 14 and Box 40 on your T4 information slip.
