Activation code

It does not accept my activation code .

Purch the Premier  product from COSTCO.

Is this a TurboTax Online Premier version or a Desktop version?

Select that " I have an account" ,log into your account and proceed to the second step by adding your 16 digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product. When I enter my User / Password in I have an account, it brings me right back to where I started.  I'm just going around in circles and not getting anywhere?

My activation code does not work. I get an error telling me to check the code and reenter it. I have tried multiple times with the same result.

i wasted 80.00 dollars on two non functioning tax progams (one from staples and one from costco)

16 didgit codes not accepted

did the link as per website and got a barely functional program 

did a web credit for one at staples with no acknowledgement will see if i can do same with costco program

@Brad Robinson Which version of TurboTax have you purchased? 

The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa. If you bought the wrong version, you can get a refund and then buy the one you need. 

 

If you bought TurboTax Desktop from a 3rd party retailer (ex: Costco, Staples, Walmart), please use this form to get a refund 

 

You can purchase TurboTax Desktop version directly from our Website: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/desktop

same!!!!!  Now I can't get back to where I entered my activation code originally.  It keeps taking me in a loop and asking me to PAY.  I've already paid for this instance of turbo tax!

If you have bought TurboTax Online, you can only use the code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message.

I am so frustrated! I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe Online from Amazon and I am not able to access the software. I have tried multiple ways and I get stopped each time. I have used Turbo Tax for years. I am not able to use the CD version any mor because my new computer does not support it. PLEASE HELP! The deadline to file is tomorrow.
