I am paying for live chat help, i dont have access to a phone. and the automated live chat keep telling me to call.... what can i do?

why i am paying for a service they are refusing to provide? i need to talk with a live chat, is it possible?

You might be trying to chat when there is no one available.

 

Our hours during tax season are:

 9 AM to midnight ET for English support
 9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support

I am in the same situation. I am unable to call, I am paying for the Live Chat service, but it keeps saying to call them. It is during business hours, they should technically be available.

@blueskycaitlin Do you have a Canadian phone number? If so you can get a tax expert to call you. Click on "Live Help" at the bottom left of the page. Then click on the blue box that says "Live - Connect with live help". Enter your question, and then scroll down and click on the "Have us Call you" button at the bottom of the page.

Thank you, but what about the Live CHAT? That was supposed to be a service included in my fee. I can not take calls during the work day, and had intended to ask for help with the live CHAT function.
