Status: In Progress - What does this mean?

Hi,

I filed my tax return for 2018 last year and it still says 'Status: In Progress' even though I have paid for it and also submitted it. Does anyone have any idea on what to do next?

Thanks!!

I should also say I didn't receive a NETFILE confirmation email.

A small number of TurboTax Online users may be seeing their returns saying "In Progress" still in their TurboTax account after they have NetFiled. Anything that’s not filed via Netfile will show “In Progress” as its status.

If you successfully NetFiled, you should have received a NetFile Confirmation Number and your CRA My Account should say your return has "been received" or "assessed" by now.

How do I know if my return was filed using NETFILE and received by the CRA?

If it says in progress in TurboTax and you did not receive a confirmation number, please use the following FAQ to contact our customer support. Contact Us

Thanks for your response @TurboTaxGinette! Is there an email that I can use to contact someone rather than phone as i'm currently not in North America.

Thanks!
