TurboTax 2019 starts with a $444 tax refund without entering anything

I'm just starting my 3rd tax return and as soon as I enter the name, SIN and birthdate and move to the next screen I see a $444 credit.  Now I don't know if I can trust the other 2 returns I already entered because I don't remember noticing it there.  I finished the return as a test and the credit went up to $488 for a senior, living in Alberta, who has never had a refund, only gets OAS and CPP, and has no special extra income that would generate a credit under normal circumstances.  Is this something new?  Does everyone start with a $444 refund this year?  Thanks!

Figured it out.  Alberta is getting a Carbon Tax Credit this year, the largest one in the country actually. 😊
