User did not grant authorization to sign up for annual subscription

I did not grant authorization to TurboTax to sign up for TTD Standard Annual Subscription, Download. I did not sign up for a subscription before. For some reason, TurboTax signed me up without any consent in January 2020 and charged my credit card automatically. TurboTax emailed me the installation key. I didn't use it. How do I cancel and get a full refund back? Thank you!

When I tried to submit a refund, I did not see the bill number or order number. I got an email from Intuit for the charge on my credit card. There wasn't a bill number or order number. Where do I locate it?

Hi meihe8, below is the link to an updated form to request a refund. This updated form should not require the information which you are unable to locate.
