When I try to add my self employment income I keep getting oops I encountered an error?

Not sure what to do

Please check whether there are further messages, such as error codes or steps on how to fix the error.

There is no error code. 

I have tried all that. Tried it on multiple devices. Even created a brand new TurboTax account. Keep getting that error.

Don't worry! With the exception of the last page you were on, all the data you have entered so far has been safely saved on our secure server.

 

What do I do now?

Try going back to the start of the interview and navigating past the step where you encountered the error.

 

You can also go to the Return Manager and select a new return to work on.
