Do you want to use TurboTax Online or TurboTax CD/Download?
If you are using TurboTax Online, then Standard is now called “Deluxe”. Also, for tax year 2021, if you have property income, you will need to use TurboTax Premier Online if you are reporting property income.
If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, then it is still called Standard. Though we recommend using Premier, you can still prepare your tax return with TurboTax Standard CD/Download if you have property income.

Yes, you can edit your T4A amounts. In the upper-right corner of your screen, select Find (magnifying glass). In the Find window, type in “T4A” and then select it from the list. Click the “Go” button to see the T4A Summary page. There you can click “Edit” next to the slip you want to change.

There is no $400 credit. The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is allowing taxpayers who worked from home during the Covid-19 situation to deduct up to $400 from their income to compensate for expenses. This deduction reduces your taxable income, which may mean a reduction in the amount of taxes you need to pay.
This TurboTax FAQ tells you how to claim this deduction in TurboTax Online: Where do I claim my employment expenses in TurboTax Online?
Once you have filled in the Employment Expenses part of the return, you can see your deduction in TurboTax Online by looking at your Detailed Tax Summary or by downloading/printing a copy of your return. It appears on Line 22900 - Other employment expenses on the T1 General, in the Net Income section.
Please see the following TurboTax FAQs for instructions:

Tax treaties between the US & Canada exist that are meant to prevent double taxation. But there are certain cases when income from the US can be taxed in Canada. We would recommend that you consult with someone knowledgeable in cross-border taxation to see how this income will impact your taxes. You can also ask the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281. If you are elsewhere, you can call 613-940-8495. This page has more ways to contact the CRA: Contact the Canada Revenue Agency

As per CRA, Generally, you were a non-resident of Canada in 2021 if you normally, customarily, or routinely lived in another country and were not considered a resident of Canada for tax purposes.(Your husband is a non resident of Canada)
Generally, if you are a non-resident of Canada, you will only have to report Canadian-source income, such as from employment . (in your husband case he has not any)
For now you can file your taxes and state your status.
Enter husband SIN as 000-000-000. Report yourself as Married, spouse non-resident and with zero income. Do not claim spousal amount of credit.

Filing Taxes
If you live in the United States and file an American tax return, you and your spouse may file jointly or separately, depending on whichever option gives you the larger advantage.
However, in Canada, you may not choose between the two. Instead, you must provide information about your spouse on your own tax return, which you must file separately.
Be prepared to declare your marital status and your spouse’s income.
If your spouse is earning American dollars, you need to convert their earnings into Canadian dollars.
If your spouse does not work, you may claim the deduction amount on line 303 for an eligible spouse. You may claim that amount even if your spouse is not a resident of Canada
