Unfortunately, once you have upgraded or added features to your TurboTax return, there is no way to downgrade or remove the extra features. You would need to create a new return to go back to the original product.
To start a new return, select “Start a New Return” from under “My Returns”. Once you have started your new return, you can select “View All Returns” from under “My Accounts & Returns” and delete the unwanted return by clicking the small Trash Can next to it.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues. Currently we don’t have a downloadable version available for Mac OS. For people who don’t have a Windows computer, we have TurboTax Online, which will work on almost anything that has a modern browser. We also have an app for iOS in Apple’s app store. However, the code for TurboTax CD/Download will not work with these products.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your license code. When you Download directly from TurboTax.ca, your license code appears on the electronic receipt that's emailed to you.
It’s a good idea to check your junk mail folder to make sure your TurboTax receipt didn’t end up there by mistake. If you haven't received your receipt by email within 24 hours of purchase, contact TurboTax Support to get a copy.
Contact us online or by phone
To talk to a TurboTax specialist, begin by filling out the TurboTax Contact Us page form and telling us which platform and version of TurboTax you’re using.
Once you complete the form, the phone number to speak to a TurboTax agent will appear.
You'll see the approximate wait time to speak with an agent. If the estimated wait exceeds 20 minutes, TurboTax will automatically call you back (in the order in which the requests are received) once the queue returns to a manageable amount.

Unfortunately, TurboTax no longer offers any products for the tax year 2012. However, you can still download the tax forms for 2012 on this CRA page: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/forms-publications/tax-packages-years/archived-gene...
You will have to mail in your return, as the CRA no longer accepts 2012 returns through NETFILE.

You can change mail address by signing into your TurboTax online account.
Note: You can only sign in to the online version of TurboTax for the tax years and update your account info.
To change your mailing address in TurboTax CD/Download Easy Step Mode, select Contact Info from under Introduction on the left side menu.
To change your mailing address in TurboTax CD/Download Forms Mode, you can do this on the top of the T1 General page in the Identification section.
You must notify the CRA regarding the change of mailing address before you NETFILE your return. You can update your info through the CRA’s My Account service or by calling them at 1-800-959-8281. https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/account-individua...

There are three ways to make amendments to your 2020 tax return: through CRA My Account, ReFile from within your tax return or by mail.
Be aware that the Canada Revenue Agency suggests waiting for your Notice of Assessment(NOA) before making any changes. Please follow the links included below. TurboTax FAQ I have filed my tax return. Can I still make changes? The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) also has information about Change My Return which you can use through My Account once you have received your NOA.

To file or view a previous year’s tax return in TurboTax Online, please follow the steps below,
Each new year of TurboTax Online is distinct from the prior year . To find the return for a certain year:
Sign in to the TurboTax Online version for that year:
Tax year 2020
Once signed in, you can choose to do a new return or continue/view your return.
