It is a link in a little black bar at the top of the page with a wrench next too it. You may need to zoom out, scroll to the top of the page, and pan to the right side of the page if you are not seeing it. You will also only see it if you have signed in to your account.

This may happen sometimes on this screen if your browser is zoomed in
(or if you are using a tablet). If you are on a tablet, scrolling the
background instead of the popup should bring it in to view. Otherwise,
if you are on a PC, press Control and the '-' key to zoom out, which
should make the rest of the fields visible. If you are on a Mac, press
the Command and the '-' key instead.

Not sure if you are meaning that your data was erased unintentionally, or whether you want to erase it. To erase your data, if you want to delete just a form or two, on the summary page, click delete to remove the form. To erase your return and start over, go to the return manager (Tools > Return Manager) and click Create new return. The new return will be completely empty. To delete the old one, simply go back to the return manager and click on delete for the old return.

You can do it all under the same account, but you have to create a new return for each of your dependants. To do so click Tools> Return manager, and click "Create a new return". Alternatively, if you wanted to, you could create a new account for each of your dependants as well. Its up to you.

Unfortunately, no, you cannot downgrade the return. You will have to start the return over, choosing the Premier version. To do so, go to Tools > Account manager, select Create New Return, and choose premier as the version you would like. If you had carryforward information from last year's return you'll be able to carry it forward in the new return, but any data for this year you will have to re-enter.

If you have accidentally added (or perhaps carried forward from a previous version) any dependants, you'll have to remove them before selecting no and continuing. Instead of saying no, I don't have dependants, say yes. You'll see in any dependants in the table that appears. From here, click Remove next to each dependant until they are all gone, then choose the no radio option and hit continue. If that doesn't work try adding a dependant and then removing again, to see if that resets things for you. If that still doesn't work there may be some corruption in the return, and the easiest way to fix it would probably be to create a new return in the return manager (To do so, click Tools > Return manager and choose create a new return).

Thanks for your feedback. I hope that other than your concern about the pricing model that online product worked to your satisfaction. I would also suggest you voice your concerns in the survey at the end of the product (just a few pages past the netfile screen) It's more likely to get noticed and considered by the decision makers than in that forum than this.
