Good morning, "Regardless of whether you buy prescription drugs, you have to be
covered by Québec's public prescription drug insurance plan and you must
pay an annual premium, which we collect.
You can include the premium payable under the public plan in
calculating the refundable tax credit for medical expenses (provided the
period you use to determine the amount of medical expenses includes
December 31 of the year for which the premium is payable). To claim the
tax credit, you must complete Schedule B of the income tax return and
enclose it with your return.
The maximum premium for 2015 is $625.50 (per spouse in the case of a couple). To calculate the premium, complete Schedule K." http://www.revenuquebec.ca/en/citoyen/situation/aines/impot/cotisations.aspx Should you believe the software is miscalculating your RAMQ amount, please contact us. Good morning, Mohammed has a great response on your other post: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/questions/1333620-i-have-a-question-on-my-rrsp-income-it-shows-as-1333-i-don-t-know-how-this-info-is-retrieved-i-don-t-have-t4rsp-slip-can-you-please-help-me-to-remove-it-thanks?jump_to=comment_2938775 You don't need to start over as long as your RRSP deduction limit is entered and you have selected HBP repayment, your 1333 will not be allocated to your income. If you would like to start over, Sara has offered the perfect step by step guide. Thank you

Good morning, Thank you for your question. "However if you lived with your spouse or common-law partner when the
payments were received, the one of you who has the higher net income on Line 236 – Net income (not including these payments or the deductions on Line 214 – Child care expenses or Line 235 – Social benefits repayment) has to report all of the payments, no matter whose name is on the slip."
