Even if your daughter does not have any income to report, either taxable or non-taxable government support, she should file a tax return if she is eligible for Federal or Provincial credits. As an example, a person reaching their 18th birthday will be eligible to receive the Goods and Services Tax Rebate. This is a quarterly payment from the federal government. It would also be beneficial to the supporting persona (parent) that the dependent adult file a tax return to support a transfer of any qualifying amounts such as Disability Amount or medical expense. These are but a few examples and depending on your daughters circumstances there can be many more. There is no minimum age to file a tax return in Canada.

Use the RRSP section of Turbo Tax Desk Top software. Select RRSP from the left hand menu. At a minimum indicate that you have made RRSP contributions and that you also intend to carry forward some or all of those contributions to a future year. (see screen shot). It is important to include the contributed amount on the tax return as CRA may try to reconcile your information with that provided to them by your financial institution. By providing the correct amounts on schedule 7 it will allow CRA to keep track of your undeducted contributions until such time as you choose to claim them for tax purposes. Undeducted contributions will be reported on your Notice of Assessment (NOA) as well as tracked in My Account on the CRA website.

You can not claim a "Spouse" as Eligible Dependent. You may be able to claim a spouse for the spousal or common-law partner amount provided their net income is below $11,653 for the entire year. You will need to indicate that your marital status has changed in 2017 to common-law and that you meet the CRA guidelines for this declaration.
https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/child-family-benefits/update-your-marital-status-canada-revenue-agency.html
Be aware that advising CRA of a change in marital status can have an impact on previously received amounts such as GST and Child Tax Benefits.

You can claim support of a non-resident spouse provided that you can prove financial contributions during the year in anamount that satisfies CRA that you are providing for the basic living requirements of your spouse. Claim this amount if, at any time in the year, you supported your spouse or common-law partner and his or her net income (line 236 of his or her return, or the amount it would be if he or she filed a return) was less than $11,635. In Turbo Tax you would indicate your marital status, not preparing your spouses return together, and then provide the requested information for your spouse as the software prompts. You do not require a SIN for your spouse. But you must indicate that they have no income or the actual amount of income for the year in CDN funds. They will not be taxable in Canada if they are not considered a resident of this country.

You will file the 2017 tax return as normal. You can send a copy of the Death Certificate and if requested by CRA, to verify the Executor, a copy of the Last Will and Testament. You may need to change the mailing address on the 2017 tax return which could prevent the return from being Netfile eligible.
