You are asking for advice, given that given that Uber has: invoiced and collected HST “on your behalf,” has given you documentation, and has transferred the funds to you.
You have described your situation but it is not entirely clear what aspect you are asking for advice about.
You indicate that Uber states that tax has been collected by Uber on your behalf and according to your description of your earnings and records, Uber has forwarded the tax to you. Under the HST rules, tax must be remitted to the Government regardless of whether the tax was collected properly, or was collected in error.
If you are asking for advice on whether to remit to CRA the funds earmarked as HST collected despite your having unanswered related questions, you are quite correct, any and all HST you receive must be remitted by you to CRA.

Once you become registered for GST/HST, you will claim input tax credits for the GST/HST you paid on your purchases during your GST/HST reporting period, regardless of whether any of the purchases are in inventory at the end of your reporting period.

In the online versions of TurboTax, in the navigation pane on the left-hand side, click on 2019 balance due (or refundable) just above the TurboTax logo. Click "View detailed tax summary" just above the logo. In the detailed tax summary, if you want to see only the lines with non-zero balances, click on "Show (your name) balances only."

The T3 is reported on a TurboTax T3 slip. In the online version of TurboTax there is a text box in the bottom right hand corner of the slip,and the online help there indicates you should enter "Global." In TurboTax download version, there is a Source Country drop-down box between lines 22 and 23. You can select Country #2 and in the notes box at the top, indicate "Global."
