don't be surprised if you get an error..the software does not work... even had tech contact and connect to desktop and no resolutionask for refund and contact C...

If you read my original post, they already connected to our desktop and no resolution they said.What are our options for refunds?

already have and still no resolution... now 5 other people have the same problem worst, wrong data from CRA..what are our options for refunds?
