As we do not have all the information to guide you. There are two suggestions that we can offer:
We assume that you are unemployed and do not have any income to report on your tax return.
When you start to file your tax return, you will be asked if you had any income to report.
Please follow these steps to file your tax return without income:
First, you would have to start from the beginning, answer all the questions correctly.
Please note that after the question " Let's import your information from the CRA", you will be asked, "Do you have income to report?" - click on continue without income to proceed with your tax return without declaring any incomes.
2. If you are not unemployed and have earned income, but do not have a T4 slip. Please contact your employer and CRA for further help.

The NR4 form is only issued to Non-Residents of Canada and there are no actual NR (Non-Resident) Forms in a T1 General Tax Return. Therefore you cannot enter this slip on a particular page or screen titled NR4.
Depending on the source of the income, you can enter on your Canadian tax return the type of slip from which that income was derived from. For example:
If this is from Old Age Security (OAS), enter on the T4A(OAS) Old Age Security screen.
If this is a T5/NR4, enter on the T5 - Statement of Investment screen. Make your entries in Box 15 and 16.
If this is a T4A/NR4, enter on the T4A page.
Ensure you keep the slip available if CRA requests to see it.

As we do not have all information to guide you with your question. We can suggest to you the following:
If you are 65 years of age or older on Dec 31, the RIF income is considered pension income and is reported on line 115 and is eligible for the pension income amount.
If you are under age 65 on Dec 31, you must report this income on line 130 "Other income." It is not considered pension income and is not eligible for the pension income amount.
For more information please see our TurboTax article: RRIF Withdrawal Reduction
If further assistance is required, we believe your best option is to contact our telephone support team, as they have the option to view your screen to help resolve the issue. To contact us please follow this link: Contact Us form. Once you go through the steps and complete the form, the phone number to speak to a TurboTax agent will appear on the page.

Note: CRA allows all employees who worked from home during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 to claim up to $400 in employment expenses at a flat rate. This amount is a tax deduction and not a credit, which means you deduct it from your income to reduce your tax liability but will not result in a refund.

Unfortunately, you cannot add your newborn child that was born in 2021 on your 2020 tax return. To claim a baby as a dependent for 2020 the baby must have been born during the current tax year, in other words, the baby had to be born before or on December 31, 2020. Since your baby was born after you will have to wait until 2022 when it comes time to file your taxes for the 2021 season to claim your baby as a dependent.
For more information on who you could claim as a dependant, please see the link below:

To calculate Ontario Senior Homeowners' Property Tax Grant you can use this calculator to estimate the amount.
As per CRA: The grant you receive depends on the property tax paid, your adjusted family net income, and your marital status. The maximum 2021 OSHPTG payment is the lesser of $500 and the eligible property tax paid by or for you for 2020.
After you have applied OSHPT, the grant will be calculated for you and, if you are entitled, payment will be issued. If you applied and are not entitled, in most cases, you will receive a notice explaining why.
