To print a return follow the steps that are provided below
1. After you pay for the tax return the print option becomes available
2. Then you can select "print and mail to CRA". This will make it so you can get a PDF without a watermark which you can use to print.

I would recommend you check your NETFILE confirmation number to make sure you have submitted your return. The following link will assist you - How do I find my NETFILE confirmation number?
Also, you may want to review this link from the CRA on when to expect your refund. They generally give a refund within 2 weeks if you used NETFILE and 8 weeks if it's filed on a paper return. However due to Covid, there will be a delay, for paper return, it will take 10 to 12 weeks.
Since you filed your tax return in February, and you have confirmed that you have successfully NETFILED it, contact the CRA.

The number you have provided is the order number for the purchase of the software, this is not the number needed to confirm you have successfully NETFILED your tax return.
