For all provinces, Turbo Tax completes the provincial return at the same time as the Federal, as it is based on the same information. You do not need to file a Provincial return in any province in Canada with the exception of Québec.
If you are a Québec resident then please visit TurboTax article Where do I mail my provincial tax return? for more details.
To file your Québec return:
Select the name of the person whose return you want to file
Click on the RQ button - the button will become dark blue to show it's been chosen
Select Continue

Since we do not know you claim the vehicle expense for employment expenses or for business expenses, we give you 2 situations:
1. As per CRA- You can deduct expenses you paid to run a motor vehicle you use to earn employment income. Your motor vehicle expenses include any GST and provincial sales tax (PST), or HST , you paid on these expenses.
To deduct the expenses you paid to earn commission income, you have to meet all of the following conditions:
Under your contract of employment, you had to pay your own expenses. Note You are not considered to have paid your own motor vehicle expenses if your employer reimburses you or you refuse a reimbursement or reasonable allowance from your employer.
You were normally required to work away from your employer's place of business.
You were paid in whole or in part by commissions or similar amounts. These payments were based on the volume of sales made or the contracts negotiated.
You did not receive a non-taxable allowance for traveling expenses. Generally, an allowance is non-taxable as long as it is a reasonable amount. For example, an allowance for the use of a motor vehicle is usually non-taxable when it is based solely on a reasonable per-kilometer rate.
You keep with your records a copy of Form T2200 , Declaration of Conditions of Employment, which has been completed and signed by your employer.
2. Assuming this is a business expense, according to the CRA you can claim GST/HST on your business expenses which include motor vehicle expenses. Please visit Business expenses for more details.

As per CRA, there are 2 different tax consequences that will be applied in 2 cases above:
1) You are Canadian and working remotely in India, you could be considered as a deemed non-resident.
Deemed non-resident when you have residential ties to Canada and you meet the criteria to be a factual resident. However, you are also considered a resident of India qualified for a tax treaty. You have the same filing requirements as a non-resident.
As a non-resident, you do not have to report world income to the CRA.
However, the Tax Part I could apply to you for earning income inside Canada according to CRA.
2) You are a Canadian working inside Canada and earning foreign income.
-> All income that you have earned from foreign and domestic sources must be declared on your personal tax return.
The amounts are in INR must be converted to Canadian dollars.
If your foreign income is not tax-exempt due to a tax treaty, you may be able to claim a Foreign Tax Credit
NOTE: You must contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to advise you on your residency status as there are too many variables to this question. How do I contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)?

In your situation, you can have 2 options to choose:
1. If y ou have business expenses when you haven’t yet started earning income, you can fill as a self-employed and claim the business expense providing that you are actually generating those expenses to earn income. The expenses must be reasonable, and you must have receipts & logs to back up the amounts you claim (should the CRA ask). It also helps if you have other documentation to show that your business is real. A business plan, advertising you had printed up, etc. - things that show that you are genuinely going into business, even if you haven't earned anything yet.
Please check our TurboTax articles for more details:
When Can I Claim Business Expenses?
Deductible Business Start-Up Costs
You can file a nil return for 2020 in business income and then you should not send it in again. If you do not intend to return to self-employment, you can ask to close your tax account at CRA.
2. If you have no business expenses as well. You do not have to state that you are self-employed if you have no business income to report.

Fishing income is reported on the T4 slip.
In the T4 slip, for Box 28 – Exempt (CPP/QPP, EI, and PPIP) you will see an "X" or a checkmark under CPP/QPP (fisher earnings are not pensionable). Enter this X in the T4 information to be filled in your return.
