Solved Re: TurboTax didn't prompt me to pay and can't file my return.

If you’re using a Safari browser it is never going to work. You have to use another browser like Google Chrome. That was what solved the problem for me.

Re: Intuit program is frozen

I cleared my cache in my Safari browser but the program is still freezing. This is beyond frustrating!
