Go to Profile > Personal Tax Profile for <your name> then click the edit button beside 2014 income. In the profile page, choose the following Checkboxes:
I was Employed
T4 Employment income and
I worked in Quebec and received a Relevé 1 slip
Now go to the Income section and enter your T4. There is a Box E with the following note under it:
Note: Enter only the amount from Box E of your Relevé 1. The amounts from the other boxes on your Relevé 1 will be covered already from the T4 slip received from the same employer.
If you are not a resident of Quebec, you don't need to fill in your Relevé. It is only required if you are a resident of Quebec and are filing a Quebec provincial return as well.

I'm not sure I understand your question, so I'll make some assumptions and hopefully get you the right answer. I'm assuming you mean that you paid for the TurboTax Online mac version at retail and received a code that is good for up to 8 standard returns. By profile, I'm assuming you mean TurboTax accounts with a unique username and login. If that is the case, the answer to your question is no. All the returns need to be created on the same TurboTax account. As soon as you use the code once, it is tied to that account, and cannot be used on a different account afterwards.

TurboTax encourages you to prepare them together so it can do a better
job of optimizing, and reduce the likelihood of errors and discrepancies
between the returns. Regardless of whether you are preparing the returns together, they are always submitted individually to the CRA. You can certainly complete and submit one before the other if that's what you want, but when you've started the returns together as you have, there will be a single transaction to cover both returns. If you want the returns to be truly separate (including paying for them separately) you'll have to start over and re-enter your information, but not choose to do a combined return this time. To do so click Tools > Return Manager and click Create a New Return. Once you have done yours, you can come back to the return manager and create another for your spouse to work on.

Click on Income > T Slips > T3 Mutual Fund/Trust Income Allocations and Designations Here you will see a summary of all the T3 slips you have entered. If you only see one, the other one must not have been entered/saved properly. You can use the "Enter new T3" button to add the missing one.

I believe it will allow you to enter up to 60 donations. If you have more than that you can combine multiple donations into a single entry. The CRA is primarily concerned with the total amount. Just make sure you retain all your receipts in the case they ask for documentation as part of their assessment.

Are you referring to the full version to print out and send to the CRA? They have done away with that and have a new condensed form to use for mailing in. You can still print the longer version for your own records if you would like however. To do so, simply go to File > Print Your Tax Return.

You need to tell TurboTax you want to split your pension in personal tax profile section. To do so:
Profile > Get Started
Click next to get on the income page.
You should have selected yes to "did you withdraw money from a retirement account or receive retirement-type income, such as a pension or annuity?"
At the bottom of this section you should see an option "Do you want to split eligible pension income with a spouse or common-law partner (if applicable)?" Click yes and choose next.
Now if you step through the review section you will see the pensions splitting optimizer. If you want to go there directly, click Review > Split Your Pension with Your Spouse.

Are you sure it's deleted? If you go to the return manager, you may find it is still there: Click Tools > Return manager to see the list of returns currently under your account.
