There must be something that the CRA has in their records that indicates you are not a first time filer. If you file as a non first time filer to net file the CRA will be able to process your return. When they review your return they will advise if there are any issues.

You could copy your statement into another dock if it won't print from the software (command, shift, 4) drag around the area that you want to print. It will save to your desktop and then you can past that into word, ppt, etc. From there you can print

You may be able to find some one that can try and get the files from your old computer. I would look for data recovery services. If you have so much on their it could be worth a shot.

If you go back in Easy step to the section before then you can run through it again. It will be fairly quick to do and this time look for the income splitting check box. It will likely also come up at the end when you do the review. The software will ask if you would like to split income before you file. I hope this helps! Chris

In theory you are right claiming the disability tax credit should improve your tax situation. A couple of considerations 1) ensure the right person claims the tax credit if you are doing with your spouse, 2) have you first submitted the t2201 form?

I would suggest that you go back into the forms T4A (P) and check to see if it is right on the form. You can also change it there or go back to the easystep stage enter T slips to ensure it is right there.
