It would be considered a disposition for tax purposes. You could claim the proceeds and ACB as the same amount to record the net transfer to your son-in-law.

On the Home Buyers Plan repayment screen make sure to include the remaining balance, the minimum annual repayment amount and then the amount designated as repayment (this amount can not exceed RRSP contributions previously entered).

Remove the Box 85 entry from Turbo Tax and only claim the net amount separately under Medical Expenses as a payment on Private Health Insurance Plan.

Claim only the portion of medical premiums you actually paid. If you are referring to medical expenses reimbursed over and above the amount recovered from insurance then claim the Box 85 and only any out of pocket medical expenses.

Use the "Employment Expenses" screens in Turbo Tax. Your choices are Motor Vehicle, Other and Office in Home. You will need to select "Other" and make sure that the answer to "Do you qualify for a GST/HST rebate is checked as YES". Then complete all of the options that apply to you. Including MV and Home Office if available expenses. The software will correctly calculate the GST/HAST rebate for you.

You will need to answer the qualifying questions on the MB(S14) in order to receive the Climate Action Incentive amount. Do not override amount fields when using Turbo Tax Desktop software.
