Have to upgrade to new computer, need to reinstall 8 years of TT Canada that was on 32 bit PC to newer 64 bit PC. Both Windows 10. How?

After motherboard failed I need to install at least 8 years of 32 bit TT ca onto a newer 64 bit PC. Old hard drive working and attached in an external drive. How?
