My daughter (15 years) worked at summer and she got T4 how can I add it

You cannot add it to your return as income.
It can only be added as income to your daughters return, which I suggest she does.

hanks, I was not clear enough, my inquiry was how can we report it as  it was the first time she works and she didn't  file taxes before
