I have 3 kids in college, can they all transfer their unused tuition fees to me as their father? Is there a limit to the total amount I can claim?

Each child can transfer maximum amount of $5,000 to me. Can I claim the total amount of $15,000?

You can claim the total amount of tuition, or $5000, per child.  So yes, conceivably that could mean $15,000 of tuition transferred to yourself.  The amount of tuition available for transfer is calculated per each child.  If Child A has $6,000 tuition, child B has $5,000, and child C has $4,500...then only a total of $14,500 is available to be transferred to yourself.
