my 2017 turbo tax password didn't work and i couldn't get either of the reset choices to work either. what do I do now?

Firstly you need to make sure you are signing into the year in question and then review the information below to assist you in signing into your online account:

In this case, it is 2017 here: https://ww2.2017.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/ 

These are the most common reasons for having to reset your password every time you log into your online account:

  • Trying to sign in with a username instead of an email, sometimes we create one or the other and forget that we have logged into the "username" account as opposed to the "email address" account or visa versa.
  •  Changed your phone number since you first created the account? Maybe it was created with a different phone number.
  •  Using a totally different email address when you created the account.

Once you figure out which one works for you, then proceed with instructions below to ensure you are not prompted to reset your account again.
