We are Canadians that sold a house in Florida last year. Do we need the American and Canadian versions of turbo tax?

We are Canadians.  We sold a house in Florida last year.  Can we do our taxes with just the Canadian version of turbo tax or do I need to get both the US and Canadian versions?

If you only need to file with CRA, then you use the Canadian version of Turbotax only.

If you need to file with IRS, to report Income earned in the US, you will need the US version.

You should check your liability for IRS taxation, thru a realtor or lawyer.
