You may see Your request couldn’t be processed when signing in to TurboTax if your cookies are blocked. Here are some fixes.
- Turn off any ad blockers.
- Exit incognito or privacy mode in your web browser.
- If you use a virtual private network (VPN), sign out of it.
- If you use a firewall, make sure pf.intuit.com has access.
- Update your cookie settings.
