Why do I see "Your request couldn’t be processed" when signing in?
You may see Your request couldn’t be processed when signing in to TurboTax if your cookies are blocked. Here are some fixes.
Turn off any ad blockers.
Exit incognito or privacy mode in your web browser.
If you use a virtual private network (VPN), sign out of it.
If you use a firewall, make sure pf.intuit.com has access.
Update your cookie settings.
