1 how do turbotax send the NOA? do they send actual documents or is just online?

When you file your return using NETFILE you'll get the opportunity to view your Express NOA within TurboTax. Your full NOA will be sent to you by mail from the CRA, unless you've opted to receive electronic documents via MyAccount.
