I received the Notice of Assessment and I have to amend the return. I downloaded Turbo Tax Premier. I don't have the option RE FILE beside my original return and when I go to CHANGING YOUR RETURN and select the return I want to amend I have this message: it's not possible to change this return because it has not been filed with NETFILE.
It seems turbo tax forgot that the return has been accepted by the CRA and I have the confirmation number.
Did you save the return after you used NETFILE? If not, then the NETFILE confirmation would not have saved with the return. You can still adjust your return using MyAccount or with a T1-ADJ T1 form.
