    Are capital losses in 2016 that are being carried back automatically processed by CRA or do I have to file an amendment to my 2015 taxes?

    Are capital losses in 2016 that are being carried back automatically processed by CRA or do I have to file an amendment to my 2015 taxes?

    Once indicated as a carryback on your 2016 tax return, it is automatically processed by CRA.

    Once indicated as a carryback on your 2016 tax return, it is automatically processed by CRA.
