How do I correct an error after completing return but before filing? It is a non resident return so it needs to be printed and mailed?

at anytime, you can return to the page where you first entered the information to make any edits before you file.

Not if I have already paid it will only go to the print and download link

If you want to change the information in your return after you have paid, you can do so. However, if you have already filed then you should follow the instructions here: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647992
