I just did my return online and it asked me to pay. I thought it was for free.
I paid the amount and now I am thinking, it was because I had live support last year.
Am I not eligible for a refund? I did not use any features that required payment, such as live support or an expert reviewing the return with me.
Also I wanted to add that I used it for a simple tax return, such as T4, and T2202, and the information from this got imported from CRA site. A credit from CRA, that I was eligible for, got applied. Are these all not covered under free?
I feel puking right now because I spent almost 2 hours and paid $56.
