    Can I claim Climate Action Incentive for my deceased mother who lived in Ontario until she passed in November 2018?

    Sorry for your loss. CRA does not allow a person to claim for the Climate Action Incentive if they pass away prior to April 1st, 2019.

    Sorry for your loss. CRA does not allow a person to claim for the Climate Action Incentive if they pass away prior to April 1st, 2019.
