Can I claim Tax Credit for Eligible Dependent? I am separated and have full custody of my 2 children. I pay my ex spousal support (only (which I deduct from my income).
I have full custody so I do not pay any child support. I do, however, pay my ex spousal support. As such, can I claim the eligible dependent tax credit for one of my two children that live with me full time? thks

Yes, according to CRA rules you are eligible to make the Eligible Dependant Amount claim for one of your children.
Here's the link to the CRA information on claiming the Eligible Dependant Amount: https://bit.ly/2U4mL6A
