Can i pay turbotax by visa and file my return and pay 30 days later i have joint filing with spouse and spouse has a refund.

joint filing - i owe , spouse has refund . looks like program wants me to file first.

Thx so I can pay turbo tax now and pay revenue Canada on April 30.

So if I pay turbo tax now I can get my spouse refund in 8 days and pay my taxes that I owe to Canada revenue on April 30. ? 
Or do I need to pay revenue Canada within 7 days of me paying turbo tax ?
