When I started my return, the window where you can usually choose to use CRA auto-fill to pre-fill your return said the service is currently not available. It didn't say why, or when it would be available again. Does anyone know why?
CRA closes it's e-services for maintenance for a short period each night. Perhaps you were trying the service during this brief window?
I just tried Auto-Fill with my personal credentials and it worked as expected. Please try it again.
