Do we need to fill in the joint certification form and send it in manually to the CRA

We are splitting pension and need to know if we have to send in a completed joint certification form to the CRA.

Only if you are Printing and Mailing your tax return to CRA, do you need to submit the T1032 - Joint Election to Split Income form.

If you are NetFiling, you will need to send this form in if CRA requests you do so.
