Had to refile but cashed the original check. Now i owe some 330 dollars to the gvt, how will this be paid? Auto deducted off EI? or do i send a check?

You will need to send in a payment to the Canada Revenue Agency.  You can use online banking, mail a cheque or go into your bank.  The Canada Revenue Agency will send you a statement detailing how you can make a payment.
