A company invited me to be paid via direct deposit on quickbooks. I filled out my w-9, but every time I try to save the w-9, I'm frozen on this message. 

It's extremely frustrating. What's further frustrating is that it's seemingly impossible to find a way to talk to a human. Can anyone help?
